You give us the brief. Matthew sources against it, makes the agent enquiries in your name, arranges the viewings and attends them by video with you, then supports your offer and referencing through to signing. Before you choose
Which one do I actually need?
Start with the free scorecard — it costs nothing and tells you whether you've got a straightforward move or a complicated one. Most people go from there to the Blueprint. Add Blueprint+ if you'd rather talk it through than read it alone, and Search & Secure if you can't be here to view.
Can I buy just the schools call, or just the tenancy review?
Not on their own. They're built to sit on top of a Blueprint — Adrian works from your schooling section, and the tenancy review is checked against the plan we drew up for you. Without that, you'd be paying for a worse version of the same thing. Start with the Blueprint and add them at checkout or afterwards.
How does the founding offer work?
The first 25 Blueprints are free. You claim a place through the free scorecard; we email you an invitation code to use at checkout. Once 25 places are claimed, the standard £99 price applies.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you've bought a Blueprint and want Blueprint+, you pay only the difference. Reply to your delivery email and we'll arrange it.
Do you take commission from agents or landlords?
No. We're paid by you and only by you, which is rather the point — nobody is steering you towards a property because there's a fee attached to it.
What if the search doesn't find anything?
With Search & Secure, if nothing's secured in four weeks you choose: one re-run on a revised brief, or the full £499 credited against our hands-on service.
Is any of this legal or financial advice?
No. Everything we provide is general relocation guidance, including the tenancy agreement review. It is not legal, tax, immigration or financial advice.
