Moovedin started with two brothers from the Fylde coast and one recurring conversation. Matthew went to Lancaster, then into property in Manchester — over eighteen years ago now — running three estate agency branches across Greater Manchester before moving into relocation a decade ago, where he watched international families pay thousands for guidance or go without it and learn the expensive way. Adrian went to Leeds, then into teaching — first in Leeds, then Vietnam, then Dubai — rising through school leadership and watching relocating families get the education timing wrong because nobody told them how the system actually works. The Blueprint is both of those careers, drawn up into one plan: where to live, what it costs, what to do and when — and for families, exactly how the schools piece fits.

Matthew has worked in property in Greater Manchester for over eighteen years, including running three estate agency branches as branch manager before specialising in relocation ten years ago. Since then he's moved international professionals and families into the North of England full-time — sourcing properties, negotiating tenancies, and steering clients through referencing, Right to Rent, banking and the dozen systems that catch newcomers out. The Blueprint exists because he kept drawing the same plan by hand for every client. Now it's drawn up properly — and he still personally reviews every single one before it goes out.
Adrian Duckett

Adrian is a school leader who has spent over fifteen years guiding students through the pivotal stages of their education — beginning in Leeds, then internationally in Vietnam and Dubai, where he rose into senior leadership as an assistant head. He has coordinated IB programmes and A-Levels, led examinations, and taught and authored higher-level Physics and Theory of Knowledge. With hands-on experience of both British and international curricula, from IGCSE to the IB Diploma — and having made the international move himself — he understands the realities families face when moving mid-education: the disruption, the timing, and the need for continuity. At Moovedin, Adrian owns everything schooling: the education engine behind every family Blueprint, and the one-to-one schools calls for families who want to talk it through with the person who built it.
