Terms of Service
These are the terms between you and Moovedin Ltd ("we", "us") when you use moovedin.com or buy one of our products. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
Moovedin provides relocation guidance to people moving to the UK. Our core product is the Blueprint: a personalised written guide based on the free scorecard you complete. We also publish free content, a scorecard tool, and an optional newsletter.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract under the law of England and Wales.
3. Pricing and payment
The Blueprint is £99 (or the price displayed at checkout, which is the price that applies). Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe.
4. Delivery
We deliver Your Moovedin Blueprint within one working day of receiving everything we need to build it. For most orders that's your purchase; for a family with school-age children, it's after you submit the post-purchase schooling questionnaire, since we can't build the schooling part of your Blueprint without it. No consultation is included in the base Blueprint — optional video calls (Matthew walkthrough, Adrian schools specialist) are paid add-ons at checkout. We'll tell you if anything is going to take longer than one working day.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information in the Survey — the Blueprint is only as useful as the input.
- Use the Blueprint for your own move. Don't resell it or pass it off as your own work.
- Make your own decisions. Treat the Blueprint as a well-researched starting point, not a substitute for professional advice on regulated matters.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy for the full detail. In short: full refund if you contact us before we've started work on your Blueprint. By purchasing, you agree we can begin work as soon as we have everything we need — immediately for most orders, or after you submit the schooling questionnaire for a family with school-age children — so we can meet our one-working-day delivery promise, and you waive your 14-day statutory cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once work has begun, the Blueprint is non-refundable. Add-ons have their own refund logic — see the Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
Content on this website, and the Blueprint we deliver to you, is the intellectual property of Moovedin Ltd. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use your Blueprint for your own move.
8. Our liability
We do our best to give you accurate, up-to-date guidance, but we can't guarantee a particular outcome (you'll get the flat, the schools, the move you want). Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded under English law.
9. Your data
We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always on this page. Material changes will be flagged at the top with a new "Last updated" date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
